John Legend says this in regards to his beautiful wife Chrissy Teigen in a tribute speech at the Glamour 2018 Women of the Year event. I especially love the part in which he says, “It’s so important to amplify voices of reason, not shut them down.” Everyone has the gift of being blessed with a voice. We need to use our voice for the greater good of others. To be a voice of reason, truth & honesty, empathy not sympathy, understanding & compassion, and one that goes beyond borders and stretches to all people of all kinds. Use your voice. You were given it for a reason.
